Please take a while to read our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Most orders should arrive within 10 working days - however sometimes this time may be exceeded. In the event of a delay in the despatch of your books, we will endeavor to contact you.
CANCELLATION/REFUSED DELIVERIES - If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us by email. If your books have been despatched before we see your email, we will wait for you to return the books to us for a refund and follow the returned procedure. Refused deliveries will incur a delivery postage charge and return charge even if your order was over the free delivery threshold.
IMPAIRED/DIFFICULT ACCESS - It is the customer’s responsibility to advise Fieldhockey.fr of any logistical difficulties that may arise when attempting to deliver goods at the time of placing an order.
DAMAGED GOODS: Please inspect goods within 24 hours of receipt and advise us within this time if goods are damaged.
